Web Applications Analyst
Our client is looking for a Web Applications Analyst to help us deliver world-class On Demand IT Service Management solutions to customers. We are looking for Analyst/Programmers that understand SaaS, IDEALLY On-Demand ITSM (IT Service Management), JavaScript, ITIL, Java, HTML, SNMP, XML, HTML, Web Services etc with knowledge of CMDB. The ideal candidate has configured and implemented help-desk management systems, ideally Service Now or Remedy but strong Saas experience is welcome.
You will be working with our client to gather business requirements and technical requirements in conjunction with ITIL and then turning these requirements into technical solutions and then implementing them. This job is located in the Seattle area. Travel to the client site is required.
Required qualifications:
- Experience with Java web application development
- JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS
- SaaS Configuration
- Knowledge of CMDB desired but not required
- Knowledge or a background with help-desk management, IT Service Management or Service Management desired but not required
- Excellent interpersonal skills combined with experience dealing with customers and end-users
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is preferred.
