JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and support software applications.
  • Using a combination of vendor software and custom development, extend the functionality of the CMS and IDP systems and services.
  • Develop custom programs and integrate them with vendor products to automate production processes and ensure data quality.
  • Build and maintain utilities to manage job schedules and file transfers.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of various technical systems and services.
  • Assist in the identification and implementation of automation and quality assurance opportunities.
  • Develop custom programs in support of applications and systems.
  • Support other third-party software applications.
  • Develop and extend product utilities to enhance business services.
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on implementation of  software upgrade projects.
  • Design and develop integration programs, including interfaces to PeopleSoft HCM and reporting tools.
  • Utilize programming tools to create and maintain reports and data extracts.
  • Work with functional and technical staff to develop specifications for reports and operational data extracts.
  • Use SQL, XML, SQR, Crystal, Stored Procedures and other programming tools to provide information to managers and staff and to provide statistics and reports to University staff and officials.
  • Other duties as assigned.
