Recruiting is a highly collaborative process. Communication and collaboration between the hiring manager, hiring team and recruiters must be in harmony to ensure the greatest chances of success.

We believe that as technology recruiters, we should be using cutting-edge technology ourselves to facilitate the recruitment process between all hiring stakeholders. Therefore we have integrated the ReqSpace™ system into our IT recruitment services.

ReqSpace™ is a recruiting workspace that features a suite of communication and collaboration tools aimed at making the search process more intuitive and convenient for all hiring stakeholders. This system enables you to participate and contribute to a successful search in ways previously unprecedented between organizations and third-party recruiters. 

Some of the key features ReqSpace™ include:

Status Reports
Using a blog format, we will keep you updated on our progress recruiting for your requisition. You will be notified by e-mail anytime a new status report post has been published. 
 
Tasks
This page lists all Tasks that the you must complete in order to expedite the recruiting process. You will be notified by e-mail anytime a new task is created that you are responsible for performing.
 
Wiki
This page lists documents related to your search. Most significantly are the collaborative search kick-off questionnaire. You will be notified by e-mail anytime a wiki document is created or updated.
 
Candidates
This page lists all candidates that have been submitted for your requisition. Each candidate page will include at least the recruiter notes and a resume. If you require test results they will be included as well. You will be notified by e-mail anytime a new candidate is submitted or a comment by the recruiter or a hiring team members has been created.
 
After reviewing a candidate you will have the choice to either promote the candidate to the next level or reject the candidate. Buttons for each option are available above the text area. Your choice of how to handle the candidate include: REJECT, RECONSIDER (rejected candidates), CONSIDER, INTERVIEW, CHECK BACKGROUND, and MAKE OFFER. For each choice you will be presented with information regarding the next step in the process.
 
Interviews
This page displays a calendar with all scheduled interviews. You will receive confirmation by e-mail when an interview is scheduled. 
 
Issues
This page lists all Issues associated with your search. Issues are problems that are hindering the recruiting progress and need to be resolved. You will be notified by e-mail anytime a new issue is created you or another team member is responsible for resolving.
 
Team
This page lists all recruiters and hiring stakeholders within your organization. You may invite other colleagues to the recruiting workspace as well.We deploy a ReqSpace™ workspace for every search assignment we undertake.
